"When reports of Colony Collapse Disorder first emerged in the news, we started filming our documentary, Vanishing of the Bees,
as a small side project. The more we learned, the more we realized how
serious the issue is. We put everything else aside and made the bees the
focus of our lives for the past four years. What resulted was our
full-length documentary – a tool we believe can make a difference by
fully explaining the complex and far reaching scope of this ecological
tragedy."
Please join us for a screening of this film "Vanishing of the Bees" on Thursday July, 21 at 6pm. Free State beer will be served along side movie snacks featuring local honey. One of the film's co-directors, George Langworthy will be in attendance to answer questions as well!
